Make a Donation
ShelterBox has years of experience in the field of emergency relief. From this, we know that there is no standard solution for disasters. Every situation is different and requires tailored support.
The emergency relief supplies can be ShelterBoxes, the contents of which – and thus the monetary value – are adapted based on the specific context. We also supply ShelterKits, which contain various materials and tools to create emergency shelters, repair damaged buildings, or lay the foundations for new homes. Just like with the ShelterBox, the exact contents are tailored to the situation.
To respond adequately to the nature of the disaster and the local situation, it is essential that we are completely free to choose the most suitable solution and the right combination of emergency relief supplies. This ensures that those most affected receive the best possible help and that the impact of our aid is greatest. That is why we do not work with country-specific donations and no longer assign box numbers.

This “Friends of ShelterBox BeLux” Fund is managed by the King Baudouin Foundation. Donations of €40 or more per year to the Foundation are eligible for a tax reduction of 30% on the amount actually donated (Art. 145/33 of the Belgian Income Tax Code).
